General Tips From Our Speakers:
- Always have a passion for what you want to do in high school.
- Every sentences in your own personal statement essay should be unique, not general like it could be appeared in others' essay: i.e. ( globalization is something ...) or (together we could make the world...)
- Don't just learn how to study in high school, also learn how to enjoy.
- Learn how to time management for your activities.
- Your activities, extracurriculars, sports, volunteering, and classes should surround in the theme of your passion and what you love to do, not what would look good on the resume.
- Built a good connection with teachers and always ask for recommendation letter early and prepared.
- Save time for friends, do activities that you can only do and enjoy in high school (i.e. go to at least one football/basketball game, dances)
